People hung ties and shirts on the government building fence in Pristina, on Tuesday, to protest against Kosovan Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's self-initiated pay rise, justifying it on a televised broadcast as a 'need' to buy clothing to 'be on the level or responsibility.'

The protesters laid clothes and ties in a suitcase nearby the government offices, before marching to a stretch of fence and hanging them on it.
