Pope Francis has arrived in Myanmar for a six-day visit that will later take him to Bangladesh. He is expected to discuss the plight of Rohingya Muslims with Myanmar’s officials with the hope of stopping the ongoing violence that has led to the killings of thousands of them and the displacement of about a million since August.
