Indian capital grappling with deadly air pollution

Residents of the Indian capital New Delhi are coping with hazardous levels of air pollution. Many people are wearing masks and avoid going outside. As our correspondent Munawar Zaman reports, the homeless population are the ones who are mostly affected.
