A political analyst says the Daesh terror group’s collapse in Iraq and Syria, where it used to control swathes of territory, is just the “beginning of its end” as a “territorial force,” but it will still continue to live as a “virtual terrorist organization.”

The next phase of the battle is to deal with the terrorist outfit’s Takfiri ideology, which has its roots in the Saudi kingdom, and keeps attracting extremist militant groups worldwide, James Jatras, former US Senate foreign policy analyst, told Press TV on Saturday.
