In Spain, Catalonia's leader Carles Puigdemont has ruled out a new regional election to break the deadlock between Madrid and separatists wanting to split from the country. This comes as the Spanish Senate is set to discuss on Friday the approval of Madrid’s request to take full control of the northeastern region. Press TV's Kusai Kedri reports now from Barcelona.
