Catalonia's leader ignores Madrid's ultimatum, renews appeal for dialog

Madrid has warned Catalonia's government to give up its plans for independence or see the region's autonomy suspended. The new deadline will come into effect Thursday. Earlier, Spain rejected the Catalan president's call for dialog over a two-month timeline. Kusai Kedri reports.
