Militant-held towns north of Damascus in Syrian army's hands

The second phase of an evacuation deal between the Syrian government and foreign-backed militants has gone into effect. Hundreds of militants left their positions near the capital Damascus to join their comrades elsewhere. In exchange, civilians were bused out of militant-held areas to be accommodated in regions controlled by the Syrian army.
