Expert warn of possible EU energy crisis

Experts warn that a major energy crisis could be facing the European Union unless the bloc's 28 countries cooperate to improve gas and oil infrastructure. A conference in Brussels has also heard that the EU will be dependent on Russian gas for at least another twenty years despite efforts by the European Commission to find alternative sources.
