Iranian women v-ballers beat North Korea 3-1

Iran’s women’s volleyball squad has beat North Korea’s team in the first day of the Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship.

Iran’s Sarmayeh Bank team trounced the North Korea’s April 25 team 3-1 in the Pool B match which was held in the Alonte Sports Arena in Biñan, Laguna in the Philippines on Saturday.

Sarmayeh Bank is set to take on Thailand’s Bangkok Glass team on Monday.

The games are being held from September 3 to September 11, during which 12 teams will compete against each other in four pools.
