Lack of cooperation in EU to thwart Daesh threat

EU member states agree on plans to increase intelligence sharing in an effort to prevent further attacks from Daesh. However, the European Commission warns that progress in this area is still too slow. Daesh has pledged to carry out more attacks in the EU similar to those executed in Paris and Brussels. EU Home Affairs ministers have been meeting to assess the threat. Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
