Gaza fishermen work on the boat belonging to the Abu Ouda family on April 3, 2016, off the coast of the Gaza Strip. Gaza fishermen have begun working further off the coast after Israel relaxed restrictions for the first time in a decade but said that the measure was not nearly enough. (AFP)
