Spain Socialist Leader fails to form govt.

Spain's political stalemate persists as Pedro Sanchez failed to form a government in the second and final congressional voting session. He only managed to win the support of his own Socialist Party and center-right Ciudadanos. For the first time in Spain's history, parties will now go back to the negotiating table for the next two months. Press TV correspondent Daniela Sepulveda has the story:
