EU at breaking point over refugee crisis

The European Commission has put forward a proposal to create a 700 million euro humanitarian aid package to help deal with the EU's refugee crisis but experts say it will not be enough. Greece alone is asking for 500 million euro to help deal with a growing humanitarian crisis within its borders. In Brussels, EU legislators have been debating the merits behind new border controls both within the EU and along the bloc's external borders. Press TV’s Jerome Hughes has filed the following report.
