Experts say EU is failing miserably to integrate refugees

Experts warn there could be consequences if the European Union does not quickly introduce measures to integrate refugees who have arrived and continue to arrive into the bloc. A conference in Brussels has heard calls from campaign groups for EU leaders to establish a multi-billion euro fund specifically to support integration. Our correspondent Jerome Hughes has a report from Brussels.
