After a grand jury in the US state of Ohio announced that it would not indict the police officers involved in the fatal shooting of a 12 year old African-American youth, protests have erupted across the country. Over a year since the "Black Lives Matter" movement was formed, the voices decrying police brutality and demanding accountability for law enforcement have not been silenced. Caleb Maupin reports.
