A Palestinian teenager has been shot twice by Israeli troops in the West Bank village of Bireh.

According to reports, the 15-year-old was shot and injured in the thigh during clashes with regime troops on Saturday.

Earlier in the day, a Palestinian man was arrested after clashes broke out with Israeli forces near the Bab al-Amoud entrance to the Old City in East al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Palestinians say violent attacks by the Israeli soldiers are systematic and often ignored by Israeli officials.

Israeli regime forces launch daily incursions into the West Bank, where they raid Palestinians’ homes and arrest activists and civilians without any charges.
