India and Pakistan have engaged in decades of hostility. The two countries have refused to sign a treaty banning the use of landmines. But now it’s the people of Indian-controlled Kashmir who’re now paying the heavy price for the mines planted in the region. And as Press TV’s Syed Ali Safvi explains in this report, the deadly devices have made life extremely difficult there.
