Greek PM hails new deal with eurogroup as "decisive step"

The Greek prime minister says his country has achieved its main goals to end austerity in the eurozone deal while acknowledging that real difficulties lie ahead.
Alexis Tsipras has hailed the new deal with the eurogroup as a decisive step and a success. He says the new deal has led to the cancellation of the Athens’ previous austerity commitments to international creditors. Tsipras, however, told Greeks that difficult negotiations lie ahead. Athens is facing a Monday deadline to hand in a credible reform proposal to devise the new list and extend its bailout deal. On Friday, eurozone finance ministers agreed on a deal to extend financial aid to Greece by four months after bailout talks in Brussels.
