Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani says Yemen is an independent country and its operations against Israel come in response to Israel’s genocidal war in the Gaza Strip.

The US mulls lifting a ban on the sale of offensive weapons to Saudi Arabia; however, the final decision is expected to hinge on the KSA ending the war in neighboring Yemen.

The Saudi blockade on Yemen has prevented the entry of fuel, consequently, a large number of water pumps have stopped working and the costs of transporting water have become untenable.

Yemeni FM warns Saudi Arabia and its allies against continuation of the blockade on Yemen, stating their ports will be targeted if the siege persists.
