Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf states have imposed a ban on US warplanes using their air fields or skies for strikes which have seen a significant rise targeting Yemen in recent weeks, a report says.

The Persian Gulf countries have warned the United States that they will not allow Washington to use their soil for strikes against Iran in case of a retaliatory attack by the Islamic Republic on the Israeli-occupied territories.

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei said in his latest speech on October 3, 2023: "Today, U.S. strikes the countries of the region politically and economically."
