Iran: US pressure hinders West Asia diplomacy

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has once again criticized the United States for undermining diplomacy through contradictory statements and military pressure.

In a press conference after the BRICS ministerial meeting in New Delhi, the top diplomat reiterated his country's commitment to negotiations despite rising tensions in the Persian Gulf.

Araghchi also touched on Iran’s ties with India, the Strait of Hormuz and regional security concerns.
