True Promise 4: Iran and resistance axis ops. against US-Israeli assets on Mar. 19

Iranian armed forces and resistance groups across the region continue to carry out retaliatory military operations against the United States and the Israeli regime.

On Thursday, March 19, 2026, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army conducted multiple operations as part of Operation True Promise 4, which was launched immediately after the US-Israeli coalition carried out an unprovoked act of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran on February 28.

Iranian armed forces have so far carried out 65 waves of missile and drone strikes with advanced weaponry targeting Israeli military facilities in the occupied territories, as well as US occupation bases and assets scattered across the West Asia region.

The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq have also joined the front against the external aggressors, inflicting heavy blows on the enemy.

Hezbollah’s operations have been primarily focused on Israeli military sites in the occupied territories. Its operations are both in response to the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the relentless ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime over the past year.

Iraqi resistance groups have also been carrying out daily operations, primarily against American military assets in Iraq and other Arab countries.

Below is a list of operations carried out by the Iranian armed forces, as well as resistance movements in Lebanon and Iraq, against the US and the Zionist regime on March 19:

Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC):

• A massive oil tanker flying the Barbados flag, with a capacity of 160,000 tons of oil, attempted to defy restrictions. The tanker was forced to retreat within a few minutes. According to field data and images captured from maritime maps, while the ship was crossing the Strait, and with Iranian units entering a state of alert and readiness to act, it suddenly changed its course and withdrew from the area. This sudden change was not just a technical maneuver, but a practical admission of Iran's superiority in managing this vital strategic corridor.
• In the 63rd wave of Operation True Promise 4, 80 military support points in the south, center, and heart of the occupied territories, including "Rishon LeZion" and "Ramla" in the center, "Eilat" in the south, "Ramat Gan" and "Bnei Brak" east of "Tel Aviv", and "Bat Yam" and "Holon" south of "Tel Aviv", were precisely hit by precision-guided and multi-warhead systems and suicide drones.
• Two drones of the “Orbiter” and “Heron” types were shot down over Tehran and Karaj before carrying out their missions. A cruise missile was also intercepted in Qazvin by air defense systems.
• Wave 64 of Operation “True Promise 4” was dedicated to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and to all the martyrs of the Sacred Defense, the defenders of the shrine, and those of the imposed war with the Zionist regime and the United States. The operation was carried out under the blessed code “O Zahra, peace be upon her,” targeting sites in the central and northern regions of the occupied territories.
• The sites targeted in the operation include "Ben Gurion Airport" for combat operations and logistical support of the zionist regime, fuel supply facilities, as well as the central front of Haifa, where forces are concentrated, the Haifa refineries, and "Rishon LeZion".
• The targets were struck using powerful missile systems such as Qadr, Emad, Kheibar-Shekan, and 9 Khorramshahr multi-warhead missiles. The US Fifth Fleet was also precisely struck by medium-range liquid- and solid-fuel missile systems.
• A strategic F-35 fighter jet of the US military was hit and seriously damaged by the advanced, new air defense system of the IRGC Aerospace Force in the skies over central Iran. The fate of this fighter jet is unknown and is under investigation.
• After the successful downing of more than 125 invading American-zionist drones by Iran's air defense systems, this successful interception indicates effective and targeted changes in the country's integrated air defense systems.
• Haifa and Ashdod refineries, which are among the largest oil refining sectors of the Israeli regime, along with a range of targets and military support centers of the regime, were struck by precision missiles in "Wave 65" of Operation True Promise 4.
• In this operational wave, which was carried out under the code name "Ya Aba Abdallah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him)" and dedicated to the oppressed martyrs of the IRGC Aerospace Force, the "Nasrallah" system (upgraded and guided Qadr) was used for the first time.
• Also, medium-range Qiam and Zulfiqar missiles struck US targets and interests at the "Al-Kharj" base—the main fuel support location for US f16 and f35 fighter jets and spy AWACS aircraft—the "Sheikh Isa" base, which is the command and control headquarters for the data center and combat communication equipment of the US military, and the "Al-Dhafra" base, were accurately hit by medium-range liquid and solid-fuel missiles, including multi-warhead Qadr, Kheibar Shekan, Qiam, and Zulfiqar.

Iranian Army

• To avenge the blood of the martyrs of the Dena destroyer and the martyr Esmail Khatib, the Minister of Intelligence, the “Internal Security Ministry” of the Zionist regime in the occupied Al-Quds, Channel 13 in "Tel Aviv", and the building and facilities of the ground forces unit at the “Ar’ar” barracks were targeted using drones.

Hezbollah
