UK PM faces call to quit over his US ambassador’s links to Epstein

Britain’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer is under mounting pressure, surviving internal rebellion but emerging politically weakened.

Members of Starmer’s own party and others have questioned his judgement for appointing his ally Peter Mandelson as US ambassador despite the man’s close ties to deceased convicted child sex trafficker Jeffery Epstein.
