Dozens injured as Israeli forces conduct violent raids across West Bank

Israeli forces invade the village of Beit Furik, east of Nablus on October 10, 2025.

Israeli forces have carried out violent raids in several areas across the occupied West Bank, injuring more than 30 Palestinians and abducting a young Palestinian man.

On Friday, local sources said that Israeli troops stormed the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, and arrested a young man after raiding and ransacking his home.

The Israeli forces also stormed the town of Qatanna, north of Occupied al-Quds, and detonated the home of the martyr Mohammad Bassam Taha.

Taha was reportedly one of the individuals involved in the Ramot operation that killed seven Israeli settlers and injured 17 others last September.

Also on Friday, the regime’s forces attacked the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, and raided a residential home and several shops there.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the West Bank announced that 36 Palestinians were injured during attacks by Israeli settlers and soldiers on the villages of Beita, Huwara, and Deir Sharaf in Nablus.

According to the ministry, two people were wounded by gunfire, while the others sustained injuries from severe beatings.

Separately, a group of settlers blocked Palestinian farmers from reaching their lands near the tents in the Qamas area of Beita town, south of Nablus.

Israeli settlers also raided the Shakara area, east of Duma, and vandalized Palestinian-owned properties there.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces used tear gas against farmers in Beita Town while they were working their lands, as part of the regime’s policy of imposing restrictions on Palestinians and preventing them from accessing their agricultural fields.

Since Israel launched a genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023, the regime has also intensified its attacks in various parts of the West Bank.

The regime’s forces have so far killed at least 1,050 Palestinians and injured about 10,300 others in the occupied West Bank since then. More than 20,000 others, including 400 children, were also arrested in the raids, according to official figures.
