Afghan Muslims observe ‘Night of Destiny’

Across the world, Muslims observe Laylat al-Qadr, or the ‘Night of Destiny’, considered as the most sacred night in Islam.

In Afghanistan, people congregate in mosques and holy sites on this night to hold prayers and to seek divine blessings.
