Iranians have held an Iftar ceremony from the 14th to 19th day of the holy month of Ramadan at the Palestine Square in the capital city of Tehran. This Iftar banquet features different cultural programs and is aimed at highlighting the importance of supporting the Palestinian cause.

Participants in this event sympathized with Palestinians in the occupied territories who have been facing a new round of aggression during the holy month of Ramadan, while voicing their support for the oppressed Palestinians.

This event also features Palestinian dishes as well as performances of anthems and other cultural programs.

While Ramadan is celebrated by millions of Muslims around the world, Palestinians are facing a new round of Israeli aggression during this holy month. Ramadan is the month of helping the oppressed and this event is aimed at expressing the sympathy of Iranians for the oppressed people of Palestine.
