France unwanted in Burkina Faso

Hostility towards France is sweeping many parts of Africa as masses in the continent revolt against this neo-colonial power. The most recent action in this regard was the move by the Burkina Faso government to expel France's ambassador to the West African country. The decision came after several protests outside the embassy of France in the capital Ouagadougou.

A Burkinabe protestor demands the ejection of France from his country. This week we are focusing on the move by Burkina Faso to eject the ambassador of France from the country in response to demands by the masses who believe France is the source of insecurity in this West African country.

In the second part of our program, we shall look into the worsening diplomatic standoff between Algeria and Morocco and ask, what is the reason behind the growing animosity between these two neighboring North African countries?
