French unions rally workers for major strikes against pensions reform
The main trade unions in France have announced strikes in response to the government’s pension reform proposal, with oil workers being part of the mobilization.
The walkouts are planned for January 19 and 26 as well as February 6.
The strikes are expected to shut down refineries and reduce output and deliveries.
