Russian drivers line up their cars forming huge Christmas tree shape

Drivers from Krasnoyarsk set a Russian record by lining up around 700 cars in the shape of a New Year tree at the Agroterminal car park on Yastynskaya Street.

The event was held in the city of Krasnoyarsk for the third time.

In addition to the usual yellow and white lights, the New Year tree was also lit up in red and blue as the region's traffic police officers once again took part in the event.

According to event organizer, this year the number of participants in the flash mob has almost doubled: nearly 700 motorists have joined the colorful action.

Earlier, motorists from St Petersburg, Chita, Vladivostok, Omsk and other Russian cities also took part in same flash mob.
