In Bolivia, extreme sports enthusiasts and adrenaline junkies are cross the waters of Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, on a zip line.
"You can feel the fear, you must have courage to do the activity and overcome your fears," says Abraham Choque, head of Titicaca zip-line operations.
