Bahrain holds parliamentary and municipal elections with ban on opposition candidates. Over 330 candidates are competing for 40 seats of Bahrains lower house of parliament.
The countrys main opposition group, Al-Wefaq, is barred from countrys elections. Rights groups have described Bahrains Parliamentary vote as political repression.
