This is Petra Baass-Lipp. She is the mother of Alina Lipp, a German journalist whom the government in her home country is trying to imprison due to her reporting in Ukraine's eastern Donbas region.

Like her daughter, she has fled Germany to Crimea to avoid persecution. The German government recently arbitrarily closed her bank account.
