Xi Jinping secures third term

The Chinese President Xi Jinping has been picked as the party's general secretary for a third time, which means he will be the leader of China for another five years.

In the 20th national congress the CPC, Communist Party of China, highlighted its commitments to reducing inequality. And when it came to hot button issues like Taiwan, he refused to rule out the possibility of using force.
