Fuel shortages cause 'physical and moral fatigue' for Parisians

"We lose roughly two hours every two days to fill up, just to be able to work." Parisians continue to endure fuel shortages, with long queues at service stations. "It's really physical and moral fatigue," says one taxi driver.
