Volleyball Nations League: Iran go down to Poland 2-3
Iran went down to Poland 3-2 in the thrilling five-setter quarterfinals of the Volleyball Nations League 2022 on Thursday night.
Amin Esmaeilnezhad scored impressive 22 points, while Kamil Semeniuk registered 17 points for Poland.
The young Iranian team had defeated the Poles in their 2 previous encounters.
On Saturday, Poland will meet the US in the first semi-final and France will take on hosts Italy in the second semi-final.
