Israel al-Quds raids

There is no end to Israeli atrocities in the Palestinian occupied territories. The regime’s forces have attacked Palestinians at al-Aqsa mosque to make way for settlers to enter the Muslim holy site, injuring a number of Palestinians. They have used rubber bullets, tear gas and sound bombs against Palestinian worshipers in the run-up to the 74th anniversary of the Nakba Day (Day of Catastrophe) which marks the occupation of the Palestinian lands.

In this edition of the Spotlight, Press TV interviews Charlotte Kates international coordinator of Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network from Vancouver and Fra Hughes journalist, author and activist from Belfast to look at what level these tensions may rise to and what ramifications provoke the Palestinians and the Israelis.
