Italian Serie A: AC Milan 1-1 Udinese

Italy’s AC Milan have lost more ground in their quest for a first Serie A title since 2011 after being held to a 1-1 draw by Udinese at San Siro.

Rafael Leao gave Milan a first half lead, outmuscling Rodrigo Becao to control Sandro Tonali's cross before slotting past Udinese goalkeeper.

Udinese’s persistence for an equalizer finally paid off in the 66th minute when Destiny Udogie bundled the ball into the net following a goal mouth scramble. The draw means the Rossoneri squandered the chance to open up a significant gap at the top of the table while Udinese climbed up to 14th.
