Benin exhibits 26 stolen treasures for first time since their return from France

President of Benin Patrice Talon arrives at the presidential palace in Cotonou to inaugurate an exhibition in which the 26 royal treasures returned by France in November will be presented to the Beninese people for the first time, 129 years after their theft.

The museum space of more than 2,000 square meters was previewed to the press and the art world on the eve of its opening to the public.
