Colombian rescue workers are rushing to find survivors trapped under the site of landslide, that has so far killed at least 11 people and injured 35 others.
The landslide followed heavy rains and hit the city of Pereira and nearby Dosquebradas in the early hours of Tuesday.
Residents and rescue teams were seen digging in the mud and moving debris in the desperate search for survivors.
Landslides are common in mountainous Colombia, especially during the rainy season and in areas where precarious informal housing and narrow roadways are constructed on deforested Andean hillsides.
