NBA’s Golden State Warriors have topped the Minnesota Timber wolves 124-115 in the San Francisco.
It was a neck and neck contest in the opener, as it ended 29-apiece. But the Timber wolves got the upper hand with a 4-point win that led to their 61-57 advantage in the 1st half.
However the Warriors piled up the pressure after the break smashing the Wolves 38 to 20 to open up a 14-point gap at the end of the 3rd quarter.
The visitors then showed some resilience in the final quarter by taking it 34-29 but that was as far as they could go and the Warriors earned their 4th win in a row.
Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson collected half of the points for the hosts as they pocketed 29 and 23 points respectively.
