GITMO to remain open, plans for expansion

There has always been a question in many people’s minds when it comes to the US run Guantanamo Prison.

For example, why it is located in Cuba, and why there are illegal imprisonment methods taking place, like torture. While US Presidents past and present have promised to shutdown Gitmo as it is called, the facility is not only going to remain open, but there are plans for its expansion.
