NBA: Brooklyn Nets 102-110 Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers have joined to 6 in the Eastern Conference after edging the table-toppers Brooklyn Nets 110 to 102 at the Barclays Center.

It was a neck and neck contest in the opener, but the 6ers managed to open up an 8 point lead before losing the next quarter 23-16. However, the visitors went to the locker room with a 55-54 advantage at the intermission. The 6ers found their rhythm after the break, taking the next 2 quarters to register 3rd win in a row as they sealed 6th in the standings. Kevin Durant and James Harden combined 66 points for Brooklyn which was all in vain, while Joel Embiid bagged 34 points for the 76ers.
