West Asian countries re-establishing warmer ties, led by Iran

The West Asia region is experiencing a techtonic geo-political shift. The administration of Iran’s 13th government, headed by Ebrahim Raesi has put establishing close ties with its neighbors as one of its key priorities. And given that Iran is a regional powerhouse, countries like the UAE and Turkey realize getting closer to Iran is more beneficial than the US. Meanwhile, Iran firmly believes that the US presence in the region remains a source of instability.
