NBA: Philadelphia 76ers 103-98 Chicago Bull

In a clash at the top of the Eastern Conference, The Philadelphia 76ers have topped the Chicago Bulls 103-98.

After taking a 10-point lead in the opening quarter, the hosts extended their lead to 14 points as they went to the locker room with a 58 to 44 advantage. However, The Bulls found their rhythm after the break and managed to win the next 2 quarters, but it was all in vain, and they could only cut the gap to 5 points at the end.

The 76ers will face the pistons in Detroit on Thursday before meeting the Bulls once again on Monday, but this time at Chicago.

Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets pocketed their 3rd consecutive win in the season after cruising past the visiting Atlanta Hawks 117-108 at the Barclay Center.

The hosts went to their locker room with a 61 to 59 advantage. The Nets then widened the gap by 16 points after taking the 3rd quarter. The Hawks dominated the final quarter by winning it with 7 point margin, but it was too little too late, and the Nets earned their 5th victory of the season. Kevin Durant was the best player of the match by collecting 32 points for Brooklyn.
