US former Colonel: Israel will not survive the next 20 years

A retired United States Army Colonel and former chief of staff to secretary of state Colin Powell says Israel will not survive the next 20 years, as Tel Aviv is delegitimizing itself as an apartheid regime. This is quite a statement coming from a former US official who held the post of chief of staff. But what would prompt him to make take such a stance towards America’s closest ally, Israel?
