Israeli arms firms with special relationships to Britain might seek to profiteer from a possible new refugee crisis following the West’s chaotic retreat from Afghanistan. This was the warning issued by co-founders of the UK-based Palestine Action group, who have long fought to shut down the UK branches of Elbit Systems, a notorious Israeli weapons manufacturer.
