NBA finals: Suns top Bucks 118-108, lead series 2-0

The Phoenix Suns have taken a 2-nothing lead in the series after defeating the visiting Milwaukee Bucks 118 to 108.

The Bucks had a brighter start, taking a 3-point advantage after the first quarter of play. But, it was the Suns who came out firing in the 2nd quarter, routing the Bucks 30 to 16, which gave them a 56 to 45 lead at the intermission.

The Bucks put up a fight and took the 3rd quarter by a single point, which cut the gap to 10 points, but with the fourth quarter tied at 30 points-apiece, the Suns claimed their second victory in the Finals.

Devin Booker and Chris Paul had a combined 54 points for the Suns while Giannis Antetokounmpo pocketed 42 for the Bucks in the losing effort. Game 3 will be held in Milwaukee on Sunday.
