Persepolis of Iran have come from behind to beat Qatari club Al Rayyan 3-1 in Group E of the 2021 AFC Champions League, which is currently underway in India.
The Qatari club got on the scoresheet against the run of play when Naif Al-Hadhrami headed the ball home in the 19th minute.
But, Kamal Kamyabinia scored the equalizer with a diving header soon after the restart.
Only 2 minutes later, last year's runners-up turned things around when Shahriyar Moghanlou volleyed home from close range.
Persepolis killed off the contest before the hour mark as Moghanlou completed his brace to grab all 3 points for the Red Army.
Persepolis now sit at the top of the group with 6 points, and will next meet FC Goa of India on Tuesday.
