In a press conference, Yemen’s Eye of Humanity Center for Rights and Development revealed the number of the victims of six years of Saudi war on the country, which has also caused massive destruction to the infrastructure of the country.

The center says Saudi airstrikes targeted thousands of civilian facilities deliberately including hospitals and schools. Meanwhile, millions of families were displaced as over half a million homes were ruined in more than 20 governorates.

During six years of war, Saudi Arabia committed thousands of violations of international humanitarian law, including using internationally prohibited weapons such as cluster bombs in targeting residential areas.

As the Saudi campaign against Yemen enters its seventh year, Yemenis say Riyadh is still violating the international human rights law by holding 14 Yemeni oil ships amid the continued neglect of the international community.
