When it comes to cooking and traditional dishes, Afghans have a lot to say. First of all, this is important to know that meat and rice are inseparable parts of Afghan's food culture.

Afghan traditional dishes, like Qabeli, Kabab, Mantoo, Karayee, Doogh, Boolani, and Aashak, are some you can find in restaurants mainly serving traditional delicacies. Each one of these represents the food culture of specific tribes and ethnic groups.

There are some key factors that should be taken into consideration when talking about Afghan food culture. As Afghans themselves say, their food is highly organic. They believe the food culture has made Afghans' bodies much stronger than those who do not have organic meals in their food culture.

As there is a wide variety of delicious dishes here, the good news is that the prices are not high. For example, you can serve a complete lunch menu at one of the top restaurants in Kabul by spending at most $15.

As observers say, Afghanistan has many capabilities and interesting attractions to be truly introduced to the globe if the war and politics allow this wounded land to breathe.
